This document contains terms that are binding on all users who register and use loteri's services. Please read carefully before creating an account or accessing any part of this platform.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. This document may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes made.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or accessing any part of the loteri platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use loteri's services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and loteri as the service provider. Services offered include Sports Betting, Live Casino, Virtual Sports, E-Sports, and all other features available on this platform.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the services. By registering, you confirm that you are a legal adult who is eligible to participate in betting activities in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security

Registration Requirements

Each user is only permitted to hold one active loteri account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balance. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. loteri reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.

The identity verification process may require official documents such as a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether performed by you or by any other party using your credentials.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the loteri support team immediately at [email protected]. loteri is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

Loteri users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or match manipulation
Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent

Launching cyberattacks, attempting to hack, or undermining the security of the platform
Transferring funds between accounts to circumvent the verification process or bonus wagering requirements
Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that violate the terms of the respective offer

Loteri reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, cancelling transactions, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. MYR Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the loteri platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via local payment methods supported by the platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed except under circumstances approved by the loteri support team.
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification. Users who have not completed verification may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals until the process is finalised.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and will be stated in the user's account settings at the time of the transaction.
Loteri reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for anti-money laundering (AML) verification purposes, in line with applicable compliance requirements.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the terms of each respective offer. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash without fulfilling the stipulated wagering requirements. loteri reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if the terms are found to have been abused.

Any disputes relating to a transaction must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Loteri Liability Limits

Loteri provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continued availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. loteri is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damage arising from service disruptions, system failures, or force majeure events.

In all circumstances, loteri's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

Intellectual Property

All content on the loteri platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of loteri or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of the loteri brand name, logo, or marketing materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Account Suspension & Closure

Loteri reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed terms violation, any remaining balance may be fully forfeited.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to no outstanding withdrawals being pending.

Third-Party Links & External Services

The loteri platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and licensed game providers. loteri is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third-party services.

Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Loteri reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the loteri platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. The official language for all dispute-related communications shall be Bahasa Melayu or English, at loteri's discretion.
